Lori Smith is a boutique freelance medical and health writer with a solid understanding of the complexities of health topics including women's health, oncology, urology, pregnancy, parenting, nutrition, fitness, genetics, research, and other complex physical and emotional disease states.
Lori holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wilkes University and a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania. She practiced as a Gynecologic Oncology Nurse Practitioner for 7 years after completion of her Master's Degree.
Holding over a decade of combined clinical and writing experience, Lori is able to deliver the highest quality medical content to her clients. Currently retired from clinical practice, Lori applies her advanced clinical knowledge to her writing and content development.
